High rigidity construction

●All main parts of the machine are made of cast iron with strong damping capacity.

●All castings are optimized by finite element analysis (FEA) to reduce distortion andimprove damping capacity.

●The reinforcing ribs of casting parts of various series of lathes have been strengthened to enhance the rigidity

    and thermal stability. The rigidity of compact and symmetrical headstock and tailstock castings has been further

    improved to ensure high positioning accuracy and  repeated positioning accuracy.
